* Speed up SQL formatting in CI with parallel processing

* mess up formatting

* check permissions

* make repo world writable

* need git

* use debian image

* apt update

* perl image for faster install

* fix format

* run restore cache in parallel to format

* add drone-cache exit code

* revert sql format changes
