10a461daf4 gst: don't use volatile to mean atomic 
volatile is not sufficient to provide atomic guarantees and real atomics
should be used instead.  GCC 11 has started warning about using volatile
with atomic operations.

1271047683 Fix error on the pipeline-manipulation.md's sample code 
amp& was inserted in the g_clear_error(). It caused a compile error,
    so I removed it for making complie success.
