Add support for EGL platform when x11 is available. This can work
e.g. on imx6 platform.

qml: Fix egl being deinitialized on display cleanup
Use the with_egl_display() variant in order to not destroy the
EGLDisplay on destruction.

qt: Use wglShareLists() workaround unconditionally.
Sometimes wglCreateContextAttribsARB() exists, but
isn't functional (some Intel drivers), so it's
easiest to do the workaround unconditionally.
