b7777b9181 gl: use gles2 shaders everywhere
This effectively limits a glfilter subclass to be > GL(ES) 2.0.
rather than a possible GL 1.4.

ff4bc2364c gleffects: Correct attributes for hconv and vconv shaders
Width and height were switched for glow shaders. For blur
filter attributes names were obsolete.
