58479bec37 sdp: don't leak the ghost pad 
The peer is already gone when pad_removed_cb() called, so the ghost cannot
be removed. Use g_object_set_data() instead to remember the ghost pad.

Copied from similar code in GstRTPBin.

4261692187 Remove plugin specific static build option 
Static and dynamic plugins now have the same interface. The standard
--enable-static/--enable-shared toggle are sufficient.

eb2dae8fd6 Rename plugin filesnames to match plugin names 
- libgstgtksink.so -> libgstgtk.so
- libgstteletextdec.so -> libgstteletex.so
- libgstcamerabin2.so -> libgstcamerabin.so
- libgstonvif.so -> libgstrtponvif.so (meson only)
- sdp -> sdpelem (avoid clash with libgstsdp)
- gstsiren -> siren
- libgstkmssink.so -> libgstkms.so

b53f682d75 sdp: Add new sdpsrc element 
This can read from an SDP file or get the SDP data via property. Works
around the problem that sdpdemux inside decodebin fails because the
GST_STATE_CHANGE_NO_PREROLL is not observed by the pipeline.

leading to GLib-CRITICAL **: g_ascii_strcasecmp: assertion 's1 != NULL' failed

86a9b84c92 sdpdemux: Strip keys from the fmtp that we use internally in our caps 
Skip keys from the fmtp, which we already use ourselves for the
caps. Some software is adding random things like clock-rate into
the fmtp, and we would otherwise here set a string-typed clock-rate
in the caps... and thus fail to create valid RTP caps

dbe6fdd6bf docs: remove outdated and pointless 'Last reviewed' lines from docs 
They are very confusing for people, and more often than not
also just not very accurate. Seeing 'last reviewed: 2005' in
your docs is not very confidence-inspiring. Let's just remove
those comments.

17fd7ebcb4 android: make it ready for androgenizer 
Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized

To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.
