plugins-bad: Fix example pipelines
rename gst-launch --> gst-launch-1.0 replace old elements with new elements(ffmpegcolorspace -> videoconvert, ffenc_** -> avenc_**) fix caps in examples https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=759432
