c7f2e85d86 baseparse: don't use == in debug string 
It messes up GST_DEBUG=*:5 make foo/bar.valgrind, because
our Makefile looks for '==' as marker of valgrind output.

8121bcd18a Work around changes in g_atomic API 
See #651514 for details.  It's apparently impossible to write code
that avoids both type punning warnings with old g_atomic headers and
assertions in the new.  Thus, macros and a version check.
