641241382e Add 'upload' target to Makefile 
Apart from being convenient this makes sure group permissions
are set properly afterwards, so that other people can update
things in future without getting permission errors.

78282e9b8b Override the whole navbar. 
We want a different behaviour for the home link, as we
want it to redirect to gstreamer.freedesktop.org (for now).
