8562bb304d meson: Pass native: false to add_languages() 
This is needed for cross-compiling without a build machine compiler
available. The option was added in 0.54, but we only need this in
Cerbero and it doesn't affect older versions so it should be ok.
Will just cause a spurious warning.

e778c5594f meson: sidplay: use library() instead of shared_module() 
Like we do for other plugins, and also install a .pc file
if we build the plugin statically.

d02e7d8029 Remove plugin specific static build option 
Static and dynamic plugins now have the same interface. The standard
--enable-static/--enable-shared toggle are sufficient.

Avoid compiler warnings "‘foo’ may be used uninitialized in this
function" when building with -O3 by checking the return bool value
of format conversion function.

f034f77b73 docs: update example pipelines in element docs 
Mostly gst-launch -> gst-launch-1.0, but also
use autoaudiosink/autovideosink in more places
and update pipelines a little or flesh out
descriptions.

441e4f33b6 docs: remove outdated and pointless 'Last reviewed' lines from docs 
They are very confusing for people, and more often than not
also just not very accurate. Seeing 'last reviewed: 2005' in
your docs is not very confidence-inspiring. Let's just remove
those comments.
