gleffects: fix gleffects fisheye shader compile error
...
On some embedded systems, sqrt() is not supported in the shader,
use the actual value of sqrt(2) instead.

gl: use gles2 shaders everywhere

This effectively limits a glfilter subclass to be > GL(ES) 2.0.
rather than a possible GL 1.4.
