For EGL 1.5 spec, the attribute list type should be EGLAttrib.

gl/egl: replace gsteglimagememory with an EGLImage wrapper
That can be passed to GstGLMemoryEGL.
This also ports the dmabuf uploader to GstEGLImage and GstGLMemoryEGL.
