visual: add support for GstVideoFrame

Add support for GstVideoMeta and GstVideoFrame.
Remove some redundant fields that are also in GstVideoInfo
Disable the shader code, it looks broken.

audiovisualizer: shorten base class name

As suggested on IRC rename to AudioVisualizer. We use custom suffix on the type
to avoid clashing with other copies for the time being.
