visual: add support for GstVideoFrame
Add support for GstVideoMeta and GstVideoFrame. Remove some redundant fields that are also in GstVideoInfo Disable the shader code, it looks broken. Fixes https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=681719
