440b1e419a remove the sync property from fakesink.

* gst/elements/gstfakesink.h:
remove the sync property from fakesink.
has the side effect of setting sync TRUE
for fakesink, which is a change.  Anyone who knows how
to fix this nicely in a GObject-y way, feel free.
