Revert "Fix distcheck" This reverts commit 56dd2d89c4eac460cbc37e2a51c1dd9e792999e8. Installing completions to a custom prefix is now fixed.

gst: Change versioning Remove GST_MAJORMINOR and replace it by GST_API_VERSION Also set GST_VERSION_{MAJOR,MINOR,MICRO,NANO} explicitely now. All versions are at 1.0.0 now for the release soon but API/ABI can still change until the 1.0.0 release. Next release versions until 1.0.0 will be 0.10.9X and these will be release candidates. GST_VERSION_* will nonetheless stay at 1.0.0.0.

Change how win32/common/config.h is updated Generate win32/common/config.h-new directly from config.h.in, using shell variables in configure and some hard-coded information. Change top-level makefile so that 'make win32-update' copies the generated file to win32/common/config.h, which we keep in source control. It's kept in source control so that the git tree is buildable from VS.

gst: Change versioning Remove GST_MAJORMINOR and replace it by GST_API_VERSION Also set GST_VERSION_{MAJOR,MINOR,MICRO,NANO} explicitely now. All versions are at 1.0.0 now for the release soon but API/ABI can still change until the 1.0.0 release. Next release versions until 1.0.0 will be 0.10.9X and these will be release candidates. GST_VERSION_* will nonetheless stay at 1.0.0.0.
