4ebec84f5e Adapt to no longer renamed ffi crates 
Allows us to set all the crates in the main workspace file, so changing
their versions or branch is much simpler and reduce the amount of noise
in the diff

b901322c46 gstreamer: rank: Do not implement gst::Rank as enum 
Rank is not limited to known types like GST_RANK_NONE,
GST_RANK_MARGINAL, GST_RANK_SECONDARY and GST_RANK_PRIMARY, but it
can be whatever arbitrary number.

c33fb38ca1 gstreamer: Mark various enums as exhaustive 
This reduces their size to 4 bytes instead of 5 bytes, and as such makes
it possible to store them in a register on 32 bit platforms too.
Additionally it makes it possible for enums like
`Result<FlowSuccess, FlowReturn>` to be stored in a single register on
64 bit platforms.

Also the conversions between the C and Rust type is a simple copy of the
value now instead of a mapping.

01ae47c90c gstreamer: Manually implement StateChange::get_name on < v1_14 
By setting the version to 1.8 and using `manual = true` an unconditional
trait implementation calling get_name is generated, while the
autogenerated version is omitted.

(especially comparison) is based on unsigned integers.

948fb2ae4b Replace XXXReturn with Result<XXXSuccess, XXXError> 
... in function signatures.

These breaking changes aim at improving usability by allowing users
to take advantage of Rust error management features sur as `ok_or`,
`map_err`, `expect` and the `?` operator. See the `examples` and
`tutorials` to get an idea of the impacts.

f4685c4629 Use FlowError instead of FlowReturn as error part of Result 
This prevents the possibility of a Result that is an Err(Ok), which
would not be meaningful.

95204c2294 Add Success/Error variants of #[must_use] enums 
And implement basically the Try trait for them. This will be replaced by
the Try trait once it is stable.
