Sebastian Dröge 3a8d05075d Switch everything from mem::uninitialized() to MaybeUninit or mem::zeroed() 
And also fix a few cases where mem::uninitialized() was simply wrong to

Sebastian Dröge 35353445de VideoOverlayComposition is supposed to be immutable 
So remove the add() function and instead require an
IntoIterator<Item=&VideoOverlayRetangle> in the constructor, and require
at least one item in the iterator or return None.
