e026d922e4 gstreamr: bus: Add BusWatchGuard to automatically remove watch 
Previously, with add_watch()/add_watch_local() you had to remember
calling remove_watch() in order not to leak the bus, the watch source
and two associated file descriptors. Now these methods instead return an
object of type BusWatchGuard that will automatically remove the bus
watch when the object is dropped.

7fcd560d18 Update gir and regenerate 
- Doc aliases for types;
- ffi constants for bitflags too;
- Completely overhauled docs generation under the hood (only emitting
  valid links, more types receive documentation now).

6ec0e3ac4b Update gir and regenerate with extended gir-dirs comments 
Gir now prints all directories and their hashes in the version file and
comments; useful now that gstreamer-rs is being generated from both
gir-files/ and gst-gir-files/ submodules.

8a2e78e586 Regenerate with latest GIR to fix various issues with property getters 
Get rid of unneeded transmutes and actually initialize flags/enum
GValues with the correct type instead of using integers.
