Thibault Saunier	8eae37c525	validate: Implement action types registration support ... This is implemented mostly manually because the API is a bit weird and we need to do some extra work to make it work properly. Also basing it on a Builder makes it much nicer to user. This commit also includes required new types either generated with `gir` or manually implemented when required.
