- Reworked buffer push.
- Reworked stats.
- Make first elements logs stand out. This make it possible to
  follow what's going on with pipelines containing 1000s of
  elements.
- Actually handle EOS.
- Use more significant defaults.
- Allow building without `clap` feature.
