Sanchayan Maity d2aceab54b hlsmultivariantsink: Serialise tests and increase channel timeout 
Serialise the tests and increase the recv_timeout as it may
not be enough on the CI to do H264/H265 encoding for 1080p
streams which are we using for testing.
