Piotr Brzeziński	436b6d8efb	gstwebrtc-api: Patch webrtc-adapter to fix Safari behaviour ... There's currently a Safari-side bug causing webrtc-adapter to be unable to correctly shim the empty-candidate scenario which we're using.
