git: replace LICENSE file symlinks with copies
Git will de-duplicate the contents for us anyway, and
symlinks can cause problems with some versions of git
and also on Windows.

pngenc: Encode every frame individually
Passing multiple frames to the encoder only causes the PNG header to be
written before the very first frame and is meant for writing animated APNG.
