Add beefed up example app from bug #413418. It now also uses appsink
instead of fakesink for more ultimate coolness.

* gst-libs/gst/app/gstappsrc.h:
Add block property to allow push based implementation to block when we
fill up the appsrc queues.
Emit the enough-data signal while releasing our lock.
