Thiago Santos f27bb684f7 dashdemux: Remove timing code that delays pushing of fragments 
Fragments should be pushed ASAP as downstream should be responsible for
doing the syncrhonization and proper buffering.

This has the great side effect of fixing most of the seeking A/V sync issues.

dashdemux

GStreamer plugin allowing the playback of MPEG DASH streams.

The plugin is based on some basic objects defined in the GStreamer HLS
Demux plugin from the gst-plugins-bad module.

Minimum requirements:
- glib 2.32.1
- gstreamer 0.10.36
- gst-plugins-base 0.10.36
- gst-plugins-good 0.10.31
- gst-plugins-bad 0.10.23

The following patches need in addition to be applied:

isomp4 (from gst-plugins-good):
