Fixes a regression caused by lowering the typefind probability last year - related to bug #397810. Remove the redundant MPEG-1 specific typefind function, as the new one detects both MPEG-1 & MPEG-2 happily. Also cleanup the MPEG elementary and MPEG-TS detection functions a little.
