(gst_mpeg_parse_adjust_ts): Check for invalid timestamps. (gst_mpeg_parse_handle_newsegment, gst_mpeg_parse_process_event): Move the code of handle_newsegment to process_event. Send a NEWSEGMENT after FLUSH_STOP.
