Added proper GstCaps <==> CodecId for Apple QDRaw.
Fixed up proper wrapping for GstCaps <==> FormatId.

gst-ffmpeg

This module contains a GStreamer plugin for FFmpeg, as well as an internal
copy of the FFmpeg source code.
