Matthew Waters e10d2417e2 gl/cocoa: move to CGL and CAOpenGLLayer for rendering
Removes the use of NSOpenGL* variety and functions.  Any Cocoa
specific functions that took/returned a NSOpenGL* object now
take/return the CGL equivalents.
