Wim Taymans b030b5cef2 - Add more --disable options
Original commit message from CVS:
- Add more --disable options
- fix makefiles to only compile non-disabled features
- some compile fixes.
- removed extratypes, added gsturitype
- make get/set clock on a bin overridable
- some portability fixes for GUINT64
- separate pools from gstregistry.[ch] into gstregistrypool.[ch]
- make gstobject size fixed, even if we disabled load/save
- don't use 'new' as a variable as it is not a valib C++ variable
