Original commit message from CVS: * gst/gstpad.c: Remove handling of filtered caps. Fix/merge functions that handle filtered links. * gst/gstpad.h: Remove 'appfilter' field and prototypes of removed functions. * gst/gstutils.c: Fix/remove utility functions that handle filtered caps. * gst/gstutils.h: * gst/gstvalue.c: Add serialization/deserialization of caps * gst/parse/grammar.y: Ignore filtered caps when linking. This requires fixing so that the filter caps notation creates a capsfilter element and sets the filter_caps property.
