Wim Taymans d5c530e34f libs/gst/base/gstbasesink.c: Only keep track of prerollable items when we are prerolling.

Only keep track of prerollable items when we are
prerolling.
Before rendering after preroll, always check if we
have queued items.
Added some more debugging.
