Kent-Inge Ingesson d2f1997c4b rtsp-session: Use monotonic time for RTSP session timeout
Changed RTSP session timeout handling to monotonic time
and deprecating the API for current system time.

This fixes timeouts when the system time changes.

gst-rtsp-server is a library ion top of GStreamer for building an RTSP server

There are some examples in the examples/ directory and more comprehensive
documentation in docs/README.
