Benjamin Gaignard d3a01eccae v4l2codecs: enumerate all possible formats 
Some decoder may also allow to (down) scale the decoded video.
Use VIDIOC_ENUM_FRAMESIZES iotcl to enumerate the possible output
formats resolutions.
