The `G_DECLARE_FINAL_TYPE` macro does not need to be terminated with a
semicolon and the extra semicolon breaks building e.g. libcamera with
clang because `-Wextra-semi` is used which produces the following
error in conjunction with `-Werror`:

```
Fix this by removing the extra semicolon
