Seungha Yang ba8f944df7 amfencoder: Set output DTS
AMF runtime does not provide correct DTS. Although GetPts() seems to
be returning DTS, it still needs to be adjusted to meet DTS <= PTS
requirement. Do calculate DTS in baseclass instead
