Fix the build on MacOSX.
This requires a recent enough version of libtool (ex : 1.5.22), since
the one shipped by Apple is from the middle ages and is packed with
issues.

gst-ffmpeg

This module contains a GStreamer plugin for FFmpeg, as well as an internal
copy of the FFmpeg source code.
