Tim-Philipp Müller bb7b7c2720 configure: pass --disable-vhook to ffmpeg's configure 
So we don't build stuff we don't use, with the added benefit that
the GStreamer registry won't complain about not being able to
load these 'plugins' when running GStreamer uninstalled.

gst-ffmpeg

This module contains a GStreamer plugin for FFmpeg, as well as an internal
copy of the FFmpeg source code.
