Tim-Philipp Müller b73e816140 validate: fix up gir namespace and symbol prefix 
Change gir namespace and symbol prefix from
GstValidate / gst_validate to Gst / gst, same
as we do for other libs like GstVideo etc.

Helps with warnings about GST_IS_VALIDATE_*

Fixes #46, Closes !214
