Fix assertion guards for gst_rtp_buffer_get_csrc() and _set_csrc(). * tests/check/Makefile.am: * tests/check/libs/.cvsignore: * tests/check/libs/rtp.c: Add some simple unit tests for GstRTPBuffer.
