Sebastian Dröge f4bd5f119a basetransform: Short-circuit CAPS query handling if transform_caps returns EMPTY caps Both for the peer filter caps and the converted caps based on the peer caps. If the peer filter caps are EMPTY, the peer caps query will also return EMPTY. There's no ned to both downstream/upstream with this query.		2014-12-22 13:08:37 +01:00
