Alex Ashley 5beeccdba2 dashdemux: fix error calculating large presentationTimeOffset values ... If the presentationTimeOffset attribute of a DASH manifest contains a value that is larger than 2^32, gstmpdparser incorrectly calculates the stream's presentation time offset.
