Vivia Nikolaidou f578c00a14 videotimecode: Fix incorrect nsec_since_daily_jam calculation ... For drop-frame timecodes, the nsec_since_daily_jam doesn't necessarily directly correspond to this many hours/minutes/seconds/frames.
