mixer interface type to HARDWARE.

type to SOFTWARE.
* gst-libs/gst/mixer/mixer.h: Adding mixer interface type and macro.
* gst-libs/gst/mixer/mixertrack.h: Adding mixertrack flag SOFTWARE.
