* tests/PadTest.cs:
	* tests/Makefile.am:
	Introducing a new test for Gst.Pad. All fixtures pass.

	* tests/CapsTest.cs:
	Adding a new fixture for caps union testing (passes).
	Fixing some code-style errors.
