Víctor Manuel Jáquez Leal 9bb560e7ee va: Remove from plugin cache. ... GstVA is not currently build by CI, because libva version is lower than expected. So, the gstva library is not build, thus some symbols aren't documented, breaking the documentation CI. To move things forward, let's just remove temporarly the va plugins from cache.
