Benjamin Otte be1eaa4de3 implement translatable error messages using gerror.
Original commit message from CVS:
implement translatable error messages using gerror.

Includes bugfixes for:
- crash when unlinking Ghostpads
- make *_PAD_* macros use glib casts
- make spider typefinding merge buffers correctly
