Julian Bouzas 9197235539 riff: Mark jpeg as parsed 
This is needed so that autoplugging works with avidemux and JPEG decoders that
need parsed sink caps (eg rockchip 'mppjpegdec' decoder). It also works fine
with 'jpegdec' decoder regardless.
