Sebastian Dröge 8433f7a9c6 videoparse: Use libgstvideo for everything instead of our own calculations 
Also make RGB usage easier by providing xRGB, RGBx, etc. formats
instead of requiring to set red_mask and friends.

videoparse

The videoparse element is used to parse a file containing raw image
data.


Creating example data
=====================

Reading example data
