Michael Tretter 733b4d9597 uvcsink: use event function instead of probe ... The probe passes all events except the EVENT_CAPS. Installing and removing the probe doesn't provide any additional value. Install an event function and always handle EVENT_CAPS. Use the caps_changed field, to decide, if the element has to do anything special on a EVENT_CAPS.
